A couple of weeks ago...........
*cues flashback*
I had a big craving for prawn noodles. And with the craving overcoming me, the food finder in me took action. With its first stop being google, she typed in " Prawn Noodles In The West SG" And so many websites popped up. But...... Since hungrygowhere is famed to be a hotspot for foodies to post their yummy nomzxzxz spots, she clicked in and she found this heavenly place..................
Located in the Bukit Timah Area along cambridge road, This little hawker centre boasts a secret many know about but us. HEHE!
It was rather far for us to arrive at the place from Choa Chu Kang but braving the hot weather, we made it in our trusty little hippo car!
After about 313232343234323 hours later, we arrived at Pek Kio Food Centre. And I finally got to meet my yummy prawn noodles to satisfy my craving...
But..... there's a twist! We had to............
Brave the long queue.
After what seems like an eternity 30 mins, I was face to face with the giant prawns. My boyfriend drove me there and helped queue up for our food! Some times I wonder why my life is so good...
And then, I took the chopsticks, kiap the beehoon and placed them in the spoon. And finally I took the first bite....... and my face was like
So was my bf's face. No kidding!
The prawns were so juicy and scrumptious the portion so big the prawns ginormous. Its so nice, I'm forgoing my punctuations.
There's a store I'd like to commend, the drink store beside the prawn noodle's store has this really kind and nice old lady! She has this smile and like kindness that can melt any heart! Buy drinks from her when you go there next time!
This stall!
We ordered the $8 portions. And no its not expensive for food that yummy! We had a free pack of tissues too! Too cute!
